Customer Service Agent (English)

Greentube Malta Ltd is offering a full-time position within our customer support team in Malta for the user support of our online gaming platforms. We are looking for candidates with a passion and interest in customer support.
YOUR
TASKS
  • Providing excellent customer support via phone and email, including following up with additional information.
  • Explaining game and site features to ensure players have the best gaming experience possible.
  • Working closely with other teams and departments to provide efficient resolution of customer issues and potential bugs.
  • Verifying customer accounts and documents.

YOUR
PROFILE
  • Experience with customer support and/or communication.
  • Fluent written and spoken English (native speaker).
  • Strong PC skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to take initiative and to coordinate with other teams to resolve issues.
  • Positive and flexible attitude-work is on a shift basis and it includes weekends and Public Holidays.
  • The role may include training or meetings at our head office in Vienna.
