Games Certification Manager (m/f)

As we want our players to keep enjoying a fair, clear and protected gaming experience, we’re looking for a Games Certification Manager (m/f) to support our young and talented Games Compliance team in maintaining this standard. You will be a key member of the team and will be in charge of ensuring that all games in our portfolio are in line with the different jurisdictional requirements and regulations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing different projects and regulations as you will be working simultaneously on various projects.

  • Licensing of new games in various regulated markets:
    • Test environment configuration and testing (game server, game client, web help, game parameters)
    • Create licensing documents and provide sources, tools and documentation
    • Support the independent test houses (test laboratories) with questions and resolve bugs or change requests in close collaboration with internal departments (according to the jurisdiction's regulation)
    • Handle the authority approval processes
  • Work on regular game audits and ensure that non-compliances raised in audits are addressed in accordance with agreed deadlines
  • Support our B2B team with their requests and provide test reports to partners
  • Interpretation of new regulatory requirements and legal texts (together with our legal + technical compliance team)
  • Ensure the company's games remain compliant with all relevant regulations, licence requirements and certifications
  • Approval of games updates for regulated markets on the production environment
  • Provide ETAs, timelines as well as status updates of licensing and regulatory submission to make sure game releases can be performed 
  • HTL graduation or bachelor degree in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or more than three years of equivalent experience in a related field
  • Experience with communication at all levels of an organisation and with external parties (authorities, lawyers, B2B, test laboratories)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel)
  • Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Quick learner and the willingness to take on responsibility for own markets
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work on various projects simultaneously (prioritisation, multi-tasking)
  • You will need to be able to work on your own initiative, as a team player and in cooperation with relevant departments to deliver certification within the required time frame
  • Understanding of technical documentation of products
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English

  • iGaming knowledge or a basic understanding would be a plus
