Customer Support (m/f) - Freelancer
Our subsidiary Funstage is currently looking for a freelancer (m/f) to support our customer support team (fully insured).
  • Handling customer queries via email, live chat, and social media (e.g. Facebook and Play Store)
  • Identifying customers needs and wants
  • Building sustainable customer relationships by offering excellent customer service:
    • Providing product and service information (e.g. explaining game rules)
    • Clarifying information (e.g. e-payment-related questions)
    • Researching issues (e.g. technical issues)
    • Providing solutions (e.g. software updates, cookies deletion)
  • Updating existing customer information
  • Prioritising a wide range of issues in cooperation with other departments and B2B partners
  • Documenting all important email, live chat, and social media data according to standard operating procedures
  • A working week between 20 to 40 hours is offered
  • Regular attendance of internal company meetings will be required

  • Minimum of one year experience in a customer support role
  • Experience in helping B2C or B2B customers or equivalent via phone, email, and/or live chat would be beneficial
  • Experience in the lottery, telecom, online gaming industry or in the technical and/or e-payment support would be an advantage
  • Good German and English skills in both written and spoken
  • PC literate (Excel, Word, and Outlook), in particular, the ability of working with Windows 7 and Windows 10
  • Good touch-typing method skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Winning attitude and dedication to deliver excellent customer support with the aim of reaching the highest possible customer satisfaction
  • Your own laptop/ PC and a main residence in Austria are essential
